Return Policy

Products must be returned within fourteen (14) working days from the day it was received. The costs are borne by the customer.

If you received a defective product, please contact us immediately by phone 2331400603 or 6946844601 (Monday to Friday 10.00am to 18.00pm to guide you in resolving the issue! In this case the costs are borne by us.

* Returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons on the earrings.

* For all other products, you can change or return a product you purchased from our online store www.linas-exclusive.gr only if it is in its original condition and with the receipt of payment.

The discount coupons do not apply to the changes, while the products you have chosen for change/order are at the listed purchase price the eshop has at the time of completion of the change/order.

* When buying a discount product, changes are accepted with respectively discount products of the same collection of equal or greater value.
